Vanessa Feltz 'My gastric band will make me look like Cheryl Cole'
VANESSA Feltz says she hopes to have the figure of Cheryl Cole after having a gastric band fitted.
TV presenter Vanessa Feltz exclusively told OK! Magazine that she's set to lose five stone after having a gastric band operation - and wants the body of Cheryl Cole.
Vanessa exclusively told OK!: "I was 16 stone 4lb and I want to lose about four or five stone. Then Cheryl Cole and I would look identical - you wouldn't be able to tell us apart. I could be her body double!" The 48-year-old, who lives with fiance Ben Ofoedu in north London, revealed that she was sick of being labelled the poster girl for fat people.
She said: "I'm not unhappy but I did wonder how fat I was going to get. I've had enough of being defined by it." And she said she found it impossible to shed the pounds any other way: "I have had a real issue with weight and I haven't been able to conquer it myself.
"I don't smoke, I hardly drink, I'm a nice girl, I'm a good mum, I'm not having wild sex with strangers, so I think part of me feels entitled to some trifle!"

band (Lap Band) fitted two years ago and during that time she has lost five stones
and has dropped five dress sizes. She follows on the heels of Anne Diamond, Sharon
